Team Member/Ice Cream Maker

As an Ice Cream Maker at Bruster's you will: Be taught everything you need to know; Oversee Back of the Store; Assist with open and closing the store when scheduled; Manage and control inventory and production; Ensure product is properly stocked throughout the store; Produce ice cream- sherbet- and ice when scheduled; Operate necessary equipment; Ensure proper cleaning procedures are being followed.
