Description
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience by arranging non-emergency medical transportation. Each interaction matters to the company, and you have the opportunity to make a positive impact. This position is specifically for graveyard shift.
Duties:
- Receive inbound calls and make outbound service calls, assess the customer's transportation needs, and assist appropriately
- Interact with clients, transportation providers, and other customers via phone and software applications (Data entry required)
- Deliver a simple customer experience with every interaction
- Trouble-shoot and problem solve situations that may be outside standard procedures
- Become a knowledge expert
Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic software and web knowledge, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
- Work well with others, and be willing to help team members
- Ability to problem solve
- High attention to detail
- Reliability - As you work remotely, you will need to be available to supervisors and be trusted to adhere to your assigned schedule
