Wayback Burgers is seeking positive and enthusiastic people to join its dynamic team! They are now hiring full-time and part-time team members. All they require on your first day is a motivation to learn! They will take the time to provide you with hands-on training, online learning modules, and a structured path to grow your career.

Job Responsibilities

As a Wayback team member, you will learn as you grow - training and learning every station while increasing your responsibility and pay. You have the opportunity to earn various certifications along the way as you grow into the various roles offered.

Other team member responsibilities include:

• Adhering to food and safety guidelines

• Providing excellent customer service to guests

• Balancing high volume with high quality

• Participating in ongoing training and development

Job Qualifications

• Willing to learn and work quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment

• Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities

• Open availability and flexibility is a must - ability to work any shift

• Previous hospitality and/or food service experience is a great plus, but don't stress if you've never worked with burgers they'll teach you the rest!
