Store Sales Support Associate

Dillards is looking for high energy individuals with a go-getter attitude to join their Sales Support team in a high end fashion retail environment. Part-time and full-time opportunities available. The ideal candidate will have the ability to process merchandise, stock shelves using proper merchandising techniques, possess excellent telephone etiquette, exhibit an eagerness to help guests with gift wrapping, package shipping and processing account payments. On the job training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Process merchandise

• Move merchandise from the backroom to the salesfloor

• Stock shelves ensuring proper merchandising techniques

• Set-up, move and clean fixtures, sales displays and end-caps

• Ensure cleanliness of the store

• Possess excellent telephone etiquette

• Exhibit an eagerness to help guests with gift wrapping, package shipping and processing account payments

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Energy and enthusiasm to help others

• A passion for fashion

• An openness to learn and be a team player

• Previous retail experience preferred
