Description
Wash; cut and/or cook vegetables; fruit; meat; fish; poultry and/or seafood to prepare for use. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes to prepare menu items. Prepares plates to be served by placing appropriate menu items on plate. Uses prep lists to determine production for the day.
